Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, except for sale items, custom-made, personalized pieces, or products marked as “No-Return.” These are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, select products are eligible for a 7-day return and refund policy, as detailed below.

Shipping Refunds: Shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

Process:

  1. Notify Ezyle by email at info@Ezyle.in to initiate the return.
  2. Print and attach the return ticket provided via email to the package, ensuring all items and invoices are included.
  3. Our courier partner will pick up the package within 3–5 business days at no additional cost.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and retain all original tags and packaging.
  • Damaged items without tags may not be eligible for return.

Gifts: If your purchase included a gift, it must be returned along with the order. Otherwise, the refund will be adjusted for the gift’s retail price.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued as lifetime-valid credit or coupon codes, redeemable on Ezyle.in. Please allow 7–9 days for return processing.
